Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, just opposite Gülhane Park and Alemdar Caddesi, making it ideal for exploring Istanbul. However, the rooms were extremely small, often not big enough for two people and their luggage, which was quite inconvenient. The service was very helpful, especially with recommendations for transport and dining options. The dining experience had a good variety but seemed to reduce in options each day.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. I loved the central location near key tourist attractions and the helpful service provided by the staff. However, the room cleanliness was a letdown, and the lack of a view was disappointing. I recommend bringing earplugs for a noisy room.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and the breakfast offered was really good, although the room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated and I had to deal with some noise from outside. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff not being overly friendly, but they did try to help as much as possible. The location was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from major attractions and public transportation. Dining provided a decent variety of options. The facilities were satisfactory with a good selection.
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Istanbul's tourist attractions on foot, but taxi drivers may have difficulty finding it. The rooms, although small and not as spacious as they appear in photos, come with a fridge. The service is exceptional, particularly thanks to Mr Gokhan for his support and the accommodating reception staff. The dining options are satisfactory but could be improved with fresher choices. The facilities offer what you need for a pleasant stay, although some find the rooms a bit small for luggage.
The hotel rooms were quite small, making it a bit cramped with luggage on the floor. We had to switch rooms due to noise issues with the trams outside, so earplugs are a must. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The central location was convenient for exploring the nearby attractions, although some taxi drivers had trouble finding the hotel. The dining experience was satisfactory with good variety but could use some improvement. Overall, a decent stay with a few drawbacks.
